The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University was established as the seventh faculty of our University, following the decision numbered 2012/3209, published in the Official Gazette dated June 23, 2012, issue 28332. The academic structure, curriculum, and physical infrastructure of our Faculty are developed in accordance with the directives and standards of the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE), whichstandardizes veterinary education and accredits educational institutions.
Since its establishment, our Faculty has quickly risen to compete with leading educational institutions in Turkey, reflecting the dynamic and active spirit of a young university. As the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, I sincerely hope that our Faculty will continue to contribute to our University’s core mission and vision, serving our province, region, country, and humanity in meaningful and beneficial ways.
